You can hardly have missed it, but just in case… H&M confirmed the collaboration with the Belgian design house  Maison Martin Margiela! The company, named after the founder and designer Martin Margiela, was acquired in 2002 and are now covered by Diesel’s Renzo Rosso OTB (Only The Brave) group, including Diesel and Viktor & Rolf fall. The designer himself left the fashion house in 2009.

Conceptual, timeless, simple, ingenious design, special materials, sharp silhouettes, unusual proportions, that is how the collections of MMM can be best described. How exciting is this?

The collection will be on sale from November 15 and will include a line for both men and women. Previously, H&M partnered up with famous designers like Jimmy Choo, Viktor & Rolf, Versace, Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Comme des Garçons and Lanvin. The latest collaboration with Marni was not quite my taste. That’s why I’m really looking forward to this new designer collection at H&M, can’t wait till it’s November!
