I’m currently staying at the luxurious Scandic Grand Central in Stockholm city center. This is not just any hotel. This is a true designer hotel! It was nominated for the European Design Hotel Awards ’12 in no less than three categories: Bedroom & Bathroom, Restaurant and Cafe, Bar and All Day Dining.

Things I’m looking forward to tomorrow are:

1. Meeting marketing manager Azize Ayhan, the person responsible for letting me stay here (I’ll tell you all about the so called Bloggers Inn tomorrow), and learning all about this gorgeous hotel. She left me such a sweet note, I like her already!
2. Shopping at Granit, DesignTorget, FACE, Kreatima, Muji (in Ahlens City), Ordning & Reda, Lagerhaus
3. Absolut Ice Bar
4. Starting this wonderful day by taking a shower with this fabulous rain shower, using the hotels supplies of FACE Stockholm
